| Before contacting us, please read the following Frequently Asked Questions. The Customer Service will not answer questions that are included below.
- During my registration I got a message that my mobile number is wrong. Why?
This error message is displayed for one of the following reasons:
- Your mobile number is not correct.
- Your mobile number is not in the international format (e.g. +447888123456). Please enter your mobile number using the international country code.
- Your mobile number may belong to an operator that is not yet supported by our system.
- How can I confirm my e-mail address?
When you sign up, our system sends a confirmation code to your e-mail.
To confirm your e-mail address, you must click on the e-mail confirmation link or add the confirmation code number in the special form that can be found in the O Meu Perfil option of the main menu after you login.
- I have not received the E-mail Confirmation Code. What can I do?
In case you have not received your E-mail Confirmation Code, please do the following:
- Check the junk folder of your e-mail box for an email sent from us.
- Check your e-mail address for mistakes. In case of mistake, please read on the next questions how you can change your e-mail address.
- Ask for the E-mail Confirmation Code again, click O Meu Perfil option from the main menu.
- How can I confirm my mobile number?
To be able to send sms, you must confirm your mobile number. Please, go to O Meu Perfil and ASK for your mobile confirmation code. To confirm your mobile number, you must add the mobile confirmation code in the special form.
- I have not received the Mobile Confirmation Code. What can I do?
In case you have not received your Mobile Confirmation Code, please do the following:
- Please wait 10-15 minutes, in case there are delays in the SMS delivery (is rare but can happen).
- Check your mobile number for mistakes. In case of mistake, please read how you can change your mobile number.
If you still have not received the Mobile Confirmation Code, please contact us.
- How can I change my password?
To change your password, click on O Meu Perfil from the main menu.
Then, click on the option Alterar a password and follow the instructions.
- How can I change my e-mail address?
To change your e-mail address, click on O Meu Perfil from the main menu and then click on the option Modificar o Perfil.
When you change your e-mail address, a new confirmation code will be sent to your NEW e-mail, to confirm your new email address.
Note that you will not be able to send SMS until you confirm your new e-mail address.
- How can I change my mobile number?
To change your mobile number, please contact us.
When you change your mobile number, you must request for a new Mobile Confirmation Code to be sent to your new mobile number.
Note that you will not be able to send SMS until you confirm your new mobile number.
- How can I send a SMS?
To send SMS, you must first sign up with correct and confirmed e-mail and mobile number. Also you need to have enough credits in your web account.
Click Enviar SMS from the main menu
In the field Remetente, type the mobile number that you want to send the SMS to. The number must be in the international format.
In the field Texto da mensagem, type your message text.
You can define when you want to send your SMS: Agora or Depois.
If you choose Agora, the message will be sent to the recipient immediately.
If you choose Depois, you will have to specify the exact date and time that the message will be sent.
Note that for future messages you need to insert your correct local date and time.
By clicking Enviar SMS, you can choose the SMS Pack you want to use with the option Tarifa, while by clicking SIM, the message will be sent to the recipient at the specified date and time.
The next window informs you for the cost of the SMS just sent.
- How can I send multiple SMS?
To send SMS, you must first sign up with correct and confirmed e-mail and mobile number. Also you need to have enough credits in your web account.
Click Enviar SMS from the main menu.
Click the option Enviar para a lista telefónica on the right side next to the book icon.
Select a phone catalog from your list by checking the box next to the catalog.
In the field Texto da mensagem, type your message text.
If you click on the option Auto Insert Name the name of each recipient will appear in every SMS that will be sent.
NOTICE: Use this option only to the folders that contain names for each one of your contacts.
In the field Remetente, type the mobile number that you want to send the SMS to. The number must be in the international format.

If you click on the Randomize time sms sending option your SMS messages will be send to their recipients in random order. Also, you can specify how many SMS you wish to send per minute.

- How can I create a Folder?
Click on the option Lista De contactos from the main menu.
Select the folder under which you want to create the new sub-folder.
Go to the option Adicionar uma Pasta.
A new window opens where you can name your new folder.
Click on the Enviar button.
- How can I add contacts into a Folder?
Click on the option Lista De contactos from the main menu.
Select the folder in which you wish to add your contacts.
You can add contacts to the folder by selecting one of the following options:
- The option Adicionar 1 Contacto allows you to add one contact with full name per time.
A new window opens where you have to write the name and the phone number.
Insert the phone number in its international form and then press the Enviar button.
- The option Adicionar 10 Contactos allows you to add 10 contacts at the same time. You must insert the names and the phone numbers and then press the Enviar button.
The phone numbers must be in their international form.
- The option Adicionar múltiplos contactos allows you to insert multiple phone numbers under the same campaign name.
- The option Adicionar múltiplos contactos (.CSV File) allows you to add multiple contacts by uploading them from a CSV file.
- How many characters can I have in my SMS?
You can send up to 160 characters in a text SMS. This limit is due to the existing mobile communications systems (GSM 900/1800, IDEN 1900).
- How many SMS can I send every month?
You can send as many SMS as you want, as long as you have enough SMS credits in your account. When your credits finish, you can buy more by clicking on Comprar Créditos from the main menu.
- Can I change the sender of the SMS?
You can change the sender of the SMS if you buy more than 10000 SMS credits. After that, you can use your name as a sender or your company`s trademark etc. For the sender change, please contact us after your payment reach us.
- Does the cost of the SMS I send from your web site have any relation with my mobile phone bill?
Our service is not related and has nothing to do with to your mobile phone bill. You are charged only for the number of credits that you buy from us and send using our web site.
- What is an Alert and how can I send one?
Alert is a SMS that is sent in frequent time periods (e.g. every day, every hour, every fifth day of the month etc.). The content of a SMS Alert can be a predefined SMS message such as short joke, poem, words of wisdom etc. or you can type your own text.
You can send an SMS Alert by clicking on Alert in the SMS section from the main menu.
In the field Remetente, enter the mobile number that you want to send the SMS to. This number must be in the international form. In the field Texto da mensagem, type your message.
In the Conteudos pré-defenidos, you can choose the type of message you want to send (Question and Answer Jokes, Funny Jokes, Poems) as well as the language (English, French, Greek etc.)
There are two ways of sending a SMS Alert: on a Data and Periodicamente.
By choosing Data, you must specify the exact date and time that SMS Alert will be sent.
By choosing Periodicamente, you must specify how often the SMS Alert will be sent and the exact time of the sending.
From the Duração do Alerta you can choose the period that the SMS Alert will be active.
By clicking on Enviar ALERT, you can choose the SMS Pack you want to use with the option Tarifa, while by clicking on SIM, the SMS Alert will be sent to the recipient at the specified date and time.
- What is the Change Time option and why is that important?
This option should be changed only if the time displayed in your Profile Page is different from your local time.
To see the current time displayed, please click O Meu Perfil from the main menu. To change the time displayed, click on the option Alterar o tempo from the O Meu Perfil menu option.
The correct sending of SMS in a future time, is possible only if you have set up the time correctly.
- How can I buy Credits?
You can buy credits by PayPal, Western Union, Money Gram and Bank Deposit. For more information please click Comprar Créditos from the main menu.
- For PayPal you will be transferred to a secure-buy page, where you can immediately purchase SMS credits.
- For payments via Western Union/Money Gram, please contact us, in order to provide you with all necessary information.
- For Bank deposits, please click Comprar Créditos from the main menu and follow the instructions.
To see the available prices select Preços from the main menu.
You can buy more than 1000 SMS credits, ONLY by Bank Deposit. You are not allowed to do this using a credit card.
- How can I win extra FREE Credits?
You can win unlimited SMS Credits by inviting your friends to sign up to our web site. Please, click Ganhe Créditos Gratuitamente from the main menu.
When your friends receive your invitation e-mail, they have to click on the invitation link and sign up.
You will get the extra FREE Credits ONLY when your friends confirm their e-mail and mobile number. So if you have not got any credits yet, that means that your friends have not completed their sign up.
- How many Credits do I win when my friends sing up and where can I see them?
The Credits you win for every confirmed sign up, are 0.00*.
You can see how many FREE Credits you have won, by selecting Ganhe Créditos Gratuitamente from the main menu.
- My account has been disabled due multiple to sign ups. What does it mean?
Our security system has associated your account with another account that you tried to create at the same time.
We allow only ONE free account, so your account has been disabled.
- What can I do to enable my account again after is blocked?
Your account will be automatically enabled, if you buy Credits.
This is the ONLY way to enable your account again so any contact to the customer support will not make any difference.
- Can I have my own SMS web site?
If you are a big user, our company allows you to have a web site service under your name and domain. For more information use the Contact form, asking for more information to be sent to you about our reseller policy. Please do not use this contact for asking other things since the only that may happen is to delete your account for fraud.
- My question is not included in the above list of FAQ. What do I do?
Our service is operational for 5 years now and there are no mistakes on our side and everything is working properly. The most possible reason that you do not get and you do not understand something from this web site is because you didn`t pay attention. Any contact to the customer support for no serious reason may result in no answer (if your question is included here) or even your account to be suspended or deleted.
